Montgomery Commons

Core Enterprises developed Montgomery Commons, located in Montgomery, NJ, from the ground up on an undeveloped parcel of land. Construction included a nine building 59,322 sf (+/-) office and medical complex. Core developed the road through the complex along with a parking lot of 219 spaces, parking lot light posts and sidewalks with Belgium block curbs. Additional aesthetic work included landscaping and signage. Montgomery Commons offers built-to-suit offices and Core continues to perform tenant fit-outs and maintains and manages the property.
