Greenwich Commons

Core Enterprises developed Greenwich Commons from the ground up. We converted 5.35 acres of undeveloped land in Stewartsville, NJ into a 42,896 sf (+/-) two-story office/medical facility with a brick façade and parking lot with 218 spaces. We installed parking lot light posts, landscaping and signage. We also produced a complete tenant fit out for Linde Natural Gas, who leased the entire building. Core Enterprises continues to provide property management and maintenance for the site.
