Core Enterprises developed Branchburg Commons from the ground up. We converted 19 acres of undeveloped land in Branchburg, NJ into a 116,881 sf (+/-) 15 building office/ medical complex with a parking lot of 552 spaces. We installed parking lot light posts, landscaping and signage. We also produced full turnkey offices suites and tenant fit-outs. Core Enterprises continues to provide property management and maintenance for the site.
