Amwell Commons

Core Enterprises developed Amwell Commons from the ground up on an undeveloped parcel of land in Hillsborough, NJ. The project included constructing a 42,162 sf (+/-) five building office/medical complex and parking lot with 255 spaces, and installing parking lot light posts, landscaping and signage. We produced full turnkey offices suites and tenant fit-outs. Core Enterprises continues to provide property management and maintenance for the site.
