Mariner Finance

Mariner Finance, a lending company with locations across the US, contracted Core Enterprises to fit out their new location at Allentown Commons, a community retail center in Lehigh County, PA. We divided an existing building to create a standalone facility at the center, and delivered the complete tenant fit out with new walls, ceilings, flooring, lighting, doors and millwork. Core Enterprises also provides property management and maintenance for the center.
