Univest

Univest, a growing community bank, contracted Core Enterprises to build a ground up pad site at Tilghman Square Shopping Center, a power shopping center in South Whitehall, PA. The project included construction of a 10,165 sf (+/-) standalone office building and parking lot, and installation of parking lot light posts, landscaping and signage. We continue to manage and maintain the property.
