The Shoppes at Woods Tavern

The Shoppes at Woods Tavern is a 31,424 sf (+/-) retail and office strip center in Hillsborough, NJ’s downtown business district. We performed major renovations to the space including a full exterior renovation, roof and HVAC replacements and repairs, parking lot restriping, new landscaping and signage. Aesthetic renovations were completed to storefronts, and interior renovations were completed to second floor office suites. Core Enterprises continues to provide property management and maintenance for the center.
