Fairless Hills Self Storage

Core Enterprises converted a vacant warehouse space into a 45,000 sf (+/-) single-story, temperature controlled self-storage facility with 29 exterior drive-up units, 235 interior units and five interior drive-up units. We built a new lobby for the facility with marble epoxy and carpeting, and constructed a new restroom and break room. We provided additional security with the installation of CCTV, large display monitors and speakers throughout. A loading dock and gate access to secure exterior drive-up units were also added. We installed new exterior and interior signage and designed a decorative facade. Our team also fully renovated Fairless Hills Towne Center where the facility is located, and continues to provide property management and maintenance services to the 300,000 sf (+/-) power shopping center.
