Urge Fitness

Core Enterprises completed a 20,000 sf (+/-) tenant fit-out at Fairless Hills Towne Center for Urge Fitness, a 24-hour gym and personal training center. We transformed the space into the fitness center’s second successful location with new windows and perimeter walls, upgraded utilities and a new HVAC system. We also completed a full renovation to Fairless Hills Towne Center where the fitness center is located, and continue to provide property management and maintenance services to the 300,000 sf (+/-) power shopping center in Bucks County, PA.
