Branchburg Centre

Core Enterprises fully renovated Branchburg Centre, a 90,000 sf (+/-) two-story Class B professional office building. Distinctive features of the extensive interior renovation included LED circular pendant lights, contemporary glass walls throughout, an updated lobby and a café with a main eating area and separate lounge. We installed new carpeting, paint, wallpaper and flooring as well as a new recessed ceiling and modern wood tile accent wall in the main conference room. Restrooms throughout the building were updated. We also installed new, custom interior and exterior signage including a new monument sign. Exterior renovations included a new front canopy glass vestibule on the east side. We continue to provide property management and maintenance services to Branchburg Centre.
