RVPC Building 1

Core Enterprises fully renovated Raritan Valley Professional Center, a 82,000 sf (+/-) three building office/medical complex. Building 1's comprehensive interior renovation included an upgraded, fully furnished main lobby, new south side lobby and fitness center as well as new carpeting, lighting and wall coverings. We also converted the basement into storage space. Exterior renovations included new landscaping, signage and an upgraded facade. We continue to provide property management and maintenance services to the complex.
