Raritan Commons

Core Enterprises developed Raritan Commons from the ground up on an undeveloped parcel of land in Flemington, NJ. The project included constructing a 67,040 sf (+/-) two-story office/medical building and parking lot with 336 spaces, and installing parking lot light posts, landscaping, signage and a spectacular glass atrium. We continue to manage and maintain the property.
