Maidencreek Towne Center

Core Enterprises developed Maidencreek Towne Center from the ground up on an undeveloped parcel of land in Blandon, PA. The project included constructing a 33,767 sf (+/-) office/retail complex and parking lot with 150 spaces, and installing parking lot light posts, landscaping and signage. We continue to perform tenant fit outs and manage and maintain the property.
