The Goddard School

The Goddard School, a national early childhood development franchise, expanded to Branchburg, NJ with the help of Core Enterprises. We planned and developed the 7,000 sf (+/-) freestanding building that is part of Branchburg Commons. A full interior built-to-suit was carried out following corporate guidelines and branding, with the needs of the daycare in mind. Branchburg Commons is a 116,881 sf (+/-) 15 building medical and office complex where Core Enterprises provides property management and maintenance.
