Flair Dance Academy

Core Enterprises completed a specialty fit-out for Flair Dance Academy at Hillsborough Business Center in Somerset County, NJ. We successfully converted an existing warehouse into 6,000 sf (+/-) of recreational space with a reception area and several dance studios with a new ceiling, walls and lighting. We also provide property management and maintenance services to the 550,000 sf (+/-) industrial and flex complex where Flair Dance Academy is located.
