As of September 1, 2023, all Larken Living Communities are transitioning to smoke-free units and common areas. Smoking will still be allowed but must be 20’ away from any and all buildings, entrances, patios, balconies and/or amenities.

My entire experience with The Reserve at Crosswicks has been outstanding from the very beginning. The property manager has been so knowledgeable and responsive to my inquiries, that it made the whole move in process a very seamless one. The leasing consultant has also been so helpful and attentive through the entirety of transitioning into the community. Both have been such a pleasure to work with! The interior of the apartments are absolutely stunning, as well as the grounds and on-site amenities. The community offers a clean/quiet environment and the maintenance team has been great with providing prompt and precise service. I really love it here and highly recommend The Reserve at Crosswicks!!!

Reserve at Crosswicks is home away from home. They thought of everything a renter would want if they own a home. The staff here are helpful and friendly. Property Manager was very helpful when I was looking for an important package that said delivered when it wasn't. Maintenance team has been very helpful to all tenants since we moved in making sure everything is working property. The clubhouse amazing and the landscape is beautiful.

From day one, they have gone above and beyond from touring the apartment, to answering all our questions and always with a smile. Move in day was a breeze. Pool, gym, dog park, and clubhouse are fantastic. Everyone is so nice from the employees to the tenants. Maintenance is great. Best decision we made after selling our home of 29 years. It is kept spotless. No issues with packages or mail. We love our new home.

My whole experience with The Reserve at Crosswicks and the leasing team has been exceptional. It is just so refreshing to work with someone who takes the time to consider your inquiries, respect your interests, and try and make your requests come to reality. I don't typically leave reviews, but this certainly warranted one. I'm lucky enough to reside close to where this community is being built and have driven past it multiple times. Everything looks gorgeous, spacious, and I can't wait to move into my unit in August!
