Echo Plaza Shopping Center

Core Enterprises completed a $2 million renovation and repositioning of Echo Plaza Shopping Center, a 66,567 sf (+/-) community retail center located in Springfield, NJ. The property received an updated exterior façade with renovations to existing storefronts, new Firestone EPDM roofing, tenant and marquee signage as well as exterior landscaping. We also repaired and replaced the center’s HVAC systems and restriped the parking lots. Various tenant fit outs from 1,500 sf (+/-) to 25,000 sf (+/-) were constructed for incoming retail tenants NoBody Denied Fitness, JJ Bloom Spa, Stew Leonard’s Liquors, Brighter Dental and Verizon Wireless. Core Enterprises provides property management and maintenance for the site.
