Party City

Core Enterprises was contracted to remodel a Party City location at Fairless Hills Towne Center. The project almost doubled the 7,000 sf (+/-) retail store to the prototypical 11,000 sf (+/-) favored by the national retailer. The renovation included a new ceiling, windows and flooring. We installed double set auto sensor doors, high efficiency HVAC units and LED lighting. Core Enterprises provides property management and maintenance to the 300,000 sf (+/-) grocery-anchored retail shopping center where the party supply store is located.
