Warren Heights

Core Enterprises developed and planned Warren Heights from the ground up on a rural parcel of land in Lopatcong, NJ. The community consists of 414 condos and townhomes. We collaborated with architects to design several distinct condo and townhome models, which were delivered full turnkey with all finishes and appliances. We also developed all roads, driveways, concrete sidewalks with Belgian block curbing, walking/jogging trails and provided landscaping. Community amenities included in construction were a clubhouse, two fitness centers, two tot lots, putting green and basketball court. An outdoor pool and hot tub were also installed.
