Suite Life at Amwell Mall offers temporary, short-term and month-to-month office rentals in Hillsborough, NJ. Core Enterprises converted 4,000 sf (+/-) of second floor office space into 11 executive suites, a co-working space, business lounge/kitchenette, conference room and lobby. The project was delivered as full turnkey and received new walls, ceilings, flooring, lighting, doors, millwork and included all furnishings, decor and signage. Suite Life at Amwell is part of Amwell Mall, a 35,000 sf (+/-) retail, office and medical complex where Core Enterprises provides property management and maintenance.
