Core Enterprises completed a full turnkey office to medical conversion for this 1,434 sf (+/-) optometry office in Hillsborough, NJ. The design-build project included a complete redesign with full architecturals and engineering plans. The specialty fit out received medical grade wiring, new walls, ceilings, waterproof luxury vinyl plank flooring, lighting, plumbing, doors and millwork. We provide property management and maintenance to Amwell Commons, the 42,162 sf (+/-) five building office/medical complex where the medical facility is located.
